Mary Catherine Wheeler, 84, passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2013, in Boerne. Mary was born on January 6, 1929 in Coraopolis, PA, to Boles and Mary Duff. She was preceded in death by her husband, CWO4 John G. Wheeler, Jr., her parents, Boles and Mary Duff, and a sister, Jean Duff Buckmaster. Survivors include a sister, Donna Wilson Duff Palmer and husband Hubert C. Palmer; two nieces, Timmie Palmer Greer and husband Donald, and Robin Palmer Jones and husband Emory; and several great-nephews and nieces. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 29, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
