Matthew Brown, age 56, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky to parents, John H. and Nancy (Avery) Brown. His father and a brother, Patrick Brown, preceded him in death.
Matthew is survived by his mother; his wife, Rebecca Brown; his son, Joshua Brown; sisters, Debbie Wadsworth (Rick), Laura Aston (Rudy) and Lisa Brown and a host of nieces and nephews. The family moved to San Antonio in 2005 from Metairie, LA. He worked many years for LSUMC and Luxottica Retail. Matt was a dedicated family man passionate about his wife and son.
He enjoyed reading and cooking and sharing his quirky sense of humor. He touched many lives in his time, all for the better.
