Matthew James Cox

Matt was born on June 5, 1989. He grew up in the Forestville area and graduated from Forestville High School in 2007 and later attended ITT Technical Institute.

Matt is survived by his wife, Bailee Cox; his beloved children, Eli Prosser, Audiana Prosser, Easton Cox and Wren Cox; his parents, Patricia and Thomas Wright, Gary Cox, and Michael Barnard; his sisters, Jennifer Hogue and her husband, Bradley, and Stacey Lack and her partner, Rodney Jimerson; his father and mother-in-law, Jeff and Dawn Mechler; brothers-in-law, Curtis Mechler, Nick Gonzalez, Conner Mechler and sister-in-law, Monica Mechler, as well as his nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Ruth Mekus; Audrey and Roy Cox; his aunt, Lou Ann Krystofiak; and his beloved godfather, Hugh E. Patterson.

Matt was loved and will be missed and remembered always.
