Matthew was a junior at McArthur High School where he loved his teachers and fellow classmates.
He enjoyed participating in Special Olympics and the Challenger Baseball League. His presence and infectious smile will be missed.
He is survived by his devoted parents, Matthew and Leslie Kelly; brother, Joseph Kelly; grandparents, Mary Jean Kelly, and Lester and Anne Earl; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; and a host of extended family and friends.
Matthew will also lie in state one hour prior to the Mass on Saturday.
