Meredith Marie Zoby

Meredith is survived by her sister, Courtney Howard and her husband Kevin of Virginia Beach; sister, Allyson Kuriger and her husband Nick of Richmond. She is preceded in death by parents Joseph Gerard Zoby and Karen Smith Zoby of Virginia Beach. She was a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews, Madison, Waverly, Riley, Nicholas, Gerard and Nathaniel.

She graduated from Cape Henry in 1993 then earned a Bachelor of Psychology in 1997 from Randolph-Macon while a member of Delta Zeta. She earned her Doctor of Psychology from Regent in 2005 and began her professional career at EVMS. She relocated to San Antonio and practiced as a Clinical Health Psychologist at the San Antonio Military Medical Center.

Meredith had a sweet disposition, was willing to help others while maintaining an infectious smile and sense of humor. With faith, she overcame obstacles and challenges early in her life with dignity, grace and perseverance. She loved being outdoors, cooking and reading.

Her funeral is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2015, 11:00 at the Church of the Holy Family, Virginia Beach and her burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk.
