Michael Austin Hickey

Michael Austin Hickey, born March 15, 1987 in San Antonio, TX crossed over on February 20, 2011 at the age of 23 in Dallas, TX. He was preceded in death by his mother Karol Jean Probst Long and paternal grandfather Maj. Dennis Eugene Hickey. He is survived by his father Mark Edmund Hickey; paternal grandmother Jeannine Hickey; maternal aunt Kathleen Pfeiffer (husband Marvin); paternal uncles Steven Hickey (wife Lori), Gary Hickey (wife Julie); paternal aunt Eleanor Ruhnke (husband Thomas); and cousins Nicole Bonicamp, David Hickey, Sara Hickey, Dylan Hickey, Ellis Hickey, Kristen Ruhnke, Lauren Ruhnke, and Kimberly Ruhnke. He is also survived by numerous great aunts, uncles, and cousins. Michael was always a loving son, grandson, nephew, and cousin, and brought immense joy to the lives of all of us who love him. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will be followed by a graveside service at 12:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX on Friday, February 25, 2011.
