Born to Louis and Sarah on May 5, 1953 in Freeport NY. Michael left for his eternal road trip on the "Stairway to Heaven" on
February 24, 2012 in his yellow Chevy Camaro SS.
LOVING husband and BEST FRIEND to Cathy, "BIG-PAPPA' to Eric, Carl, Tara, Ryan, GENTLE grandfather to Devon, LOYAL son to Louis and Sarah, BEST BROTHER EVER and PROTECTOR to Nancy, Louis Jr. Matt, CRAZY cousin to Marilyn and Joey, BIG HEARTED brother-in-law to Joe, Walter, Francine, Al, Carol, Wayne and Nancy and GREAT friend to so many.
Michael started his adult life in Lindenhurst NY as a construction worker with his dad, went on to help build his parents home in Oxford NY. He relocated to Texas in 2009 to start a new life and married his first love Cathy. He looked forward to his
honey-do-list and completed every task to perfection. His many colorful tattoos tell the story of his life. He loved to hang out and laugh with our four children, grandchild and friends. Michael worked at Abbey apartment complex as a make ready guy, made great friends and had a lot of laughs. He retired from work in January and enrolled in college to pursue his bachelor's degree.
