So saddened to hear of Mr. Little's passing, will keep his family in my prayers.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I was good friends with Gene and Jodi, Mike's parents and knew him as a young boy. My best to the family.

Mike was such a pleasant man. I have never met a man in his position to treat employees as an equal. He was just an everyday person who seemed to enjoy his work and the people he was around. Thank you for sharing his life with all of us.

I am an attorney and did quite a bit of work for Dawson Well Servicing. Mike was a terrific man -- very smart and also very fun-loving. When he would come to our office, all of the women would talk about how cute he was. Very true, but I was always most impressed by what a great businessman he was -- he really knew how to build a great business and make smart decisions, and how to close a deal no matter how crazy the people on the other side were. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends, but I also want to be sure you know that I will always carry very fond memories of Mike.

I got to know Mike about 12 years ago when Dawson was trying to buy my company, Taylor Service Company, in Carthage, TX. You can tell a lot about someone's character when you are on the opposing side of a major transaction like this. Mike was always honest, fair and pleasurable to work with. I am very glad that we were able to keep in touch during the years. However, I regret not having talked to Mike in the last few months. My deepest sympathies go out to all of Mike's family, especially Melanie, Andrew, Taylor, and Kathryn. Mike and I never talked without mentioning our families. He was very proud of all of you and it was obvious how much he loved you. I plan to attend the services tomorrow, but the weather in Austin may not allow the travel to San Antonio. I met Mike about a year ago and wish I had known him earlier. He came to Montana and visited with us a few months ago. My wife and I invited him to our home for dinner and enjoyed a very pleasant evening with him. The next day we went for a drive through the oilfields of Southern Montana and Northern Wyoming. He was impressed by the wide open spaces and lots of cattle and horses! We talked throughout that day and he shared memories about all of you. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved you very much! 
You can be proud of Mike. He was highly respected in the oilfield and was a genuinely good man. We will miss him.
