

Tony was born on October 14th, 1937 in Kansas City, Kansas. He was the eldest child born to the late Raymond L. Morrow, M.D. and Leora Cash Morrow. He was raised in Kansas City, Missouri where he attended Catholic grade and high school. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Journalism in 1960, and the KU School of Law in 1963 with an LL.B.
He was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Kansas, and began a career of more than 24 years as a Special Agent of the FBI. He served in various locations and was the lead Special Agent of the San Antonio Office at the time of the Judge John Wood case in 1979. He retired from the Dallas FBI Office in 1987.
After retiring from the FBI, he joined USAA as a Special Investigator in the Claims Security Unit and was the National Basketball Association's Security Representative for the San Antonio Spurs from 1990 until 2005. He was appointed to serve two terms on the City of San Antonio Citizen's Advisory Action Board, which reviews allegations of police misconduct.
He was an Eagle Scout and a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity at the University of Kansas. He was a life member of the University of Kansas Alumni Association.
He is survived by his wife Virginia Larkin Morrow, married 51 years. He is survived by his children, Tim and Ann, daughter-in-law Jennifer, and grandchildren Joe, Austin, Colton and Sofia. He was predeceased by his brother Bill and a nephew Ray. He leaves behind a brother John of Overland Park, Kansas, a sister Mary of Kansas City, Missouri, and a nephew Dan, also of Kansas City.
He was a long time member of St. Matthew Catholic Church and the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the Spurs, the Kansas City Royals, the Chiefs, and his beloved Kansas Jayhawks. He also enjoyed spending time in his driveway drinking spirits with his sweetie and his friends, and reading to his grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 28th from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Porter Loring on McCullough with recitation of the Rosary in the Chapel at 7:00 PM.
On Tuesday, March 29th at 10:00 AM, a Mass of the Resurrection will be held at St. Anthony Claret Catholic Church, 6150 Roft Road with interment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
