Miguel Del Pozo, known by family and friends as Mike, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 7, 2008 at the age of 77. He was preceded in death by his father, Heriberto, mother, Josefa and two sons, William Allen and Miguel James.
He honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War.
He later enjoyed a 43-year career with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service Office at Fort Sam Houston, TX.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Debbie and Jacquelyn; his brother, Jose Heriberto and sister-in-law, Maria Elena; two nephews, Eric and Heriberto and their families; and his niece, Daniela. He is also survived by his former wife, Janet and dear friends in the city of San Antonio.
Mike loved his country, his city, his SPURS, but most of all ~ his family. His memories will be cherished forever in our hearts.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family on Thursday, August 14th at 6:00 P.M. followed by a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Porter Loring on McCullough.
