Mike Reyes Onofre

On Sunday March 24, 2013, Mike was called up by the angels above and our lives were changed forever. Mike is preceded in death by his mother Mary J. Reyes, his father Mike V. Onofre and his aunt and uncle Paula O. & Sebastian Garcia (Tita & Tito). Mike is survived by his soul mate and loving and devoted wife Cecilia Machuca Onofre, wife of 11 years. Mike leaves behind the most precious gifts he was given; Jonathan Michael Gonzalez, Valerie Ann Onofre, Benjamin Ray Onofre, Ericka Danielle Rodriguez, Roman Jose Onofre & Laura Grace Onofre. Mike also leaves behind his sister MaryAnn Aguirre (Ruben) of San Antonio, TX, and brothers Richard Ramirez (Janice) of California and Jesus Ramirez of San Antonio, TX and mother and father in law, Martha and Jose Machuca of Converse, TX and a numerous amount of nieces, nephews and extended family. Amongst all the family and friends that Mike leaves behind there are an endless amount of lives that he has touched. He gave freely and willingly in so many ways and will be deeply missed. Visitation will be Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home from 2 to 3 p.m. with a Rosary at 3 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Friday, March 29, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Sunset Funeral Home with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
