Mildred was a member of the Alamo Heights Order of the Eastern Star and was a Past Queen of the Nekodah Temple Daughters of the Nile. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard L. Cook. Mildred is survived by her daughter, Evelyn Mulcahy and husband William; son, Raymond Howard Cook; and four grandchildren.
