Born in Langdon, Kansas on December 16, 1910, to Gibson Roy Chrislip and Frannie Josephine Reynolds, she was preceded in death by her parents, 5 siblings and her husband, Harlin L. Fenn. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Harlin and Kaye Fenn, and her daughter and son-in-law, Melinda and Steve Denney, six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Mildred was a homemaker, devoted to her husband and children while her husband served his country as a career Army officer. She was also a librarian at Ft. Sam Houston.
