Miles was born seven weeks early, weighing in at 3 lbs and 15 oz and was 17.5 inches long. He was a fighter and was able to make strides in the NICU, where he spent 27 days, before becoming a NICU graduate. During his time there he exceeded expectations, captured everyone's heart and developed the nickname of, "the chillest baby". His mother was bedside, 12 hours a day, working with Miles and his medical team to get him home. Miles loved to cuddle, nurse, sleep like his father and listen to his mother sing to him.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his big brother Luke Elizondo, maternal grandparent Felecia Sarate, paternal grandparents Homer Elizondo and Yvonne Rosales and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his big brother Caden Elizondo.
The viewing will take place on Saturday, October 2, 2021, from 5-8 pm, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. The funeral will be on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at 1 pm.
