Millie Aschenbrenner

Mille Aschenbrenner, age 95, of San Antonio, Texas left this world on Thursday, February 25, 2016 to be with her husband, of 55 years. Henry and daughter, Fama Jo, in Heaven. Millie was born February 2, 1921 on the family farm near Minatare, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska to Henry Hessler and Katherine Schnell.

Although she lost her vision at age 52, she always had a smile on her face and was truly an inspiration to all her friends and family. God blessed her in so many ways, and she will never be forgotten by those that knew her.

Survivors include her grandson, Jason Peterek and wife, Stephanie; and great-grandsons, Tyler and Travis Peterek of Mico, TX; sisters-in-law, Edna and Esther Hessler of Scottsbluff, NE. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Larry Trent of San Antonio, Texas and his children, Jennifer Hinson and husband, Russell; great-granddaughter, Naomi; and great-grandson, Russell, II, of Castroville, Texas; Jodi Dominguez and husband, Carlos; great-granddaughter, Analiyse of San Antonio, Texas. Jamie Trent of Moore, Texas; Joshua Trent and wife, Tenesha of Miles, Texas

A Celebration of her Life will be at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. According to her wishes, she will be cremated
