Milton Cox, born September 10, 1937, in Oakland, California, to Joel and Aliene Cox, was called home to the Lord on December 28, 2018, at the age of 81.
Milton served proudly in the US Army and after a long military and civil service career, retired to San Antonio, a place he has always called home.
Milton was preceded in death by his parents: Joel & Aliene Cox; brother: Stanley Cox; and sister: Jolene Bolderjack. Left behind to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 46 years, Vicki Lee Cox; and his children and their spouses: Darlene & Paul Newsome of San Antonio, Texas; Dennis & Susie Huntley of Bullhead City, Nevada; and Dawn Goad of San Antonio, Texas. Milton was also blessed with 3 grandchildren and their spouses: Keith & Jackie Newsome, Amber Newsome, and Blayne & Desiree Newsome; as well as 3 great-grandchildren: Hollie & Kayden Newsome and Enyssa Flores whom he loved dearly. His Spirit lives in all of us who have been blessed and touched by his love and kindness. he will be forever missed.
