She was born November 1, 1928, in Tokyo, Japan. Mina was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Edwin Collins; children, Mina Deloach and husband Steven of San Antonio, Michael L. Collins and wife Kimberly of Sacramento, CA; grandchildren, Stephanie Deloach, Sean Deloach and Brandon Collins.
