She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Kerrville. Mindy had a strong faith in the Lord and loved to help others.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
Mindy worked for over 20 years in the county auditor's office and was a county treasurer of Kerr County for a few terms.
She was preceded in death by her father, Milton Scheel.
Mindy is survived by her loving husband Barry D. Williams; daughter, Sara L. Williams Bogler and husband, Matt; grandchildren, Christian Abbott and Cayman Bogler; mother, Bonnie Scheel; brothers, Gary Wayne Scheel and Ronnie Scheel; sister, Bridget Lehman and numerous nieces and nephews.
