She had undergone surgery to remove her stomach the week before, but became very ill shortly after. Mimi suffered all her life from Autism and Epilepsy, she will be missed tremendously, but we know she is in heaven no longer suffering. Mimi was born on November 3, 1981 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Chris and Maria Olivarri.
She graduated from Burbank High School in San Antonio in 2001.
Mimi is survived by her parents, Chris and Maria Olivarri; grandparents, Ray and Angelita Olivarri, and Raul and Dina Urrutia; sisters; Angela Fassold and Felisa Hatzenbuehler; brothers-in-law, Mark Fassold and Matt Hatzenbuehler; nephews, Anthony Fassold and Aiden Hatzenbuehler; and niece Mia Fassold.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 25, 2016.
