Myrtle Christine Johnson, age 97, of San Antonio, died Sunday, November 23, 2014.
Myrtle retired as a Professor Emeritus in English from San Antonio College.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Guest Johnson; and son, Dr. Richard Larson Johnson. Survivors, son, William Andrew Johnson and wife, Romaney; daughter, Emily Ann Johnson; grandchildren, Dorian Lewis and wife, Jennifer Woollven, Patrick Johnson-Whitty and wife, Aubrey Marker, Drew Johnson, Rachael Johnson Kleinman, Christie Johnson Claypool, and Laura Kay Dyess; great grandchildren, Ben and Oliver Woollven.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Porter Loring on McCullough.
