Nancy Jean Melancon was born on August 22, 1944 in San Antonio, TX and passed away on June 20, 2016 in Anacoco, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Allen Melancon, Jr, and is survived by her children: Denise and husband Ken Zimostrad, John and wife Sheila Huber, Mack and wife Lara Melancon, Brother Larry and wife Jackie Sutton, Loving Grandma to Ryan and wife Lara Brock, Caitlin Lacy, Chane Lacy, Chandler Lacy, Hailee Shook, Shelby Huber, Mason Melancon. Loving Gigi to Elliot Lacy and Brookelynn Cabit, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home from 6-9PM. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 9AM at Sunset Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
SHE WAS LOVED AND WILL BE GREATLY MISSED.
