Neil Alan LaVigne, 34, of San Antonio, TX, passed away on December 4, 2025. Neil was born in Savannah, GA, on June 14, 1991. He spent his childhood in Corpus Christi, TX, and after graduating high school, Neil joined the Navy, serving from 2009-2012 as a machinist mate on USS Wyoming.
As a teen, Neil was an enthusiastic worker, mowing lawns in the neighborhood, and later working at fast food restaurants. He enjoyed hanging out with friends, listening to music, and going to the beach. He always had a ready smile on his face. Even during his years of disability, he blessed family and caregivers with his crooked grin.
Neil is survived by his parents, Michel and Natalie LaVigne; sister, Renee (Trevor) Shaw; niece, Juniper Shaw; four aunts, an uncle, and 12 cousins.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Porter Loring Mortuary North, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 4:00 p.m.
