Neva went to college in Shreveport, LA, where she met her future husband, Robert Porter Decker.
She loved to travel near and far; Neva visited every continent and almost every country. When not off traveling, she loved playing bridge with her "Sandwich Bunch" friends or attending family gatherings. She was a member of Northern Hills UMC.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Sorrells of San Antonio; a son, Fred Decker and wife Diana of Bozeman, MT; 6 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
