Beth,
I am so sorry to hear about your son. I cannot fathom the depth of your grief and despair. I only met your son a couple of times and he seemed like such a great kid. There are no words to help ease the pain, but please know that Peggy and I have you in our prayers and hope you find comfort from your family, faith, and friends.

I am so very sorry, Beth and Ed, to hear about Nicholas. It's hard to lose anyone you love at any time, but to lose your firstborn, your son, so unexpectedly must be beyond comprehension. I wasn't lucky enough to know him, but in reading stories about what kind of person he was, he sounds like a real joy and I know there will be a huge hole in your life without him. You are in my thoughts and prayers for peace and strength in the days ahead.

When I heard the news of Nick's passing my heart broke. My heart goes out to his family. Anybody that had the pleasure of knowing Nick was truly blessed. There are not enough words to describe what an incredible person he was. Watching him grow up throughout the years with my children Marisa and Bryce was always a joy. He loved his family and always watched over his sisters. His parents Ed and Beth raised a fine young man and he will forever be loved and missed! Rest in peace young man! 🙏

I remember when Nick started work at Panda Express with me. When we would work together it was nothing but laughs and good times, he really made even the most stressful days at work enjoyable.
This was the time when it was my 19th birthday party, when the staff of Panda Express came to celebrate with me. I remember we were all such a mess, being loud, eating a whole bunch wondering off and having to just bowl for others.
Nick, I wish when our time ended at Panda Express that you and I would have gotten closer. But, when we did see each other in public it was as if nothing changed friendship wise
I hope you're at peace and smiling down on everyone who you touched.
