

For several years Nicholas has been after God's heart and God's ways, he was a wonderful loving father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, godfather, and friend. Words have not been made to describe his character as a son and grandson.
He was giving to no end and seeked constantly the chance to help someone, anyone in need. He helped to the very end of his life by being a donor to over 25 individuals and their life sustaining needs. He is survived by his children, Elianna and Isaiah Maldonado; father and mother, Jeff and Patsy Cervantes; siblings, B.J. Maldonado and wife Letty, Stacee and Jeff Cervantes Jr.; maternal grandparents, Louis and Angelina Escareno; paternal grandparents, Arthur and Mary Cervantes,
paternal grandmother Francis Alcala; Step mother Gelacia Maldonado; brother and sister Israel and Angelica Maldonado; stepbrothers and sister Silvestre, Jose, and Selena Montiel, and extensive family members from the Escareno, Maldonado, Cervantes,and many friends who became family...etc. In lieu of flowers the family strongly request that donations be made to Elianna and Isaiah Maldonado Memorial Fund through Security Service Federal Credit Union (Account number- 5576492070). A visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Sunset North Funeral Home, and a Rosary will be recited at promptly 6:30 p.m. followed by a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 350 Sutton Road; and the Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at San Jose Burial Park.
