

Her life was filled with family and friends. She worked hard to bring the word of God into the lives of hundreds of children through her teaching of Religious Education at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church. She spent her life serving the needs of her family and others through her church and community work.
Norma will be missed by all who will remember her smile and gentle ways. She will be remembered as a shining example of service to both her family and her church and her unconditional love of both.
Norma was the oldest child of Fidel and Porfiria Flores and the oldest grandchild of the Balleza Family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Porfiria B. Flores and her infant sister, Rosemary Flores.
She is survived by her father, Fidel Flores; brother Michael D. Flores and his wife, Shannon of Montgomery, AL; sister, Ruth Ann Flores of San Antonio; brother, John E. Flores and his wife, Jeanne of Lunenburg, MA; sister, Margaret L. Garcia and her husband, Timothy of San Antonio; brother, James A. Flores of San Antonio; nieces and nephews: Vanessa, Jessica, Janine, Adriana, Nicholas, Clarissa and Patrick; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
