Norma was a caring and sociable woman who loved her family and the state of Texas. She traveled the world as part of a military family, and later retired as an employee for the United Services Automobile Association Federal Savings Bank.
She was preceded in passing by her parents. She is survived by two sisters, Adair McDermott of Abilene, Texas; Virginia Hensley of Austin, Texas; and two sons, Andrew Scott of Schertz, Texas and Gary Scott of Newport News, Virginia.
Visitation for Ms. Scott will be from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at Porter Loring Mortuary North. Funeral service will be 10 A.M. on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Eylau Methodist Cemetery in Texarkana, Texas under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home.
