MSGT Norman Frederick Nielsen, Sr. Ret. USAF departed this life Thursday, September 22, 2005 for his heavenly home to be with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was a faithful member of Laurel Heights United Methodist Church and former member of Travis Park Methodist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Eleanor R. Nielsen; two daughters, Patricia Nemeth Desi and Carol Johnston; three sons, Norman Nielsen, Jr. Joyce; Glenn Nielsen Deborah and Thomas Nielsen; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; one sister, Evelyn Moser Robert and one brother, Robert Nielsen.
Norman will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
