Olegario Falkenberg

Olegario Falkenberg, born on March 6, 1915 in Saspamco, TX was called to be with the Lord on April 17, 2017 at the age of 102. He is preceded in death by his parents, Niseforo Del Prado and Candelaria Hernandez; Adaptive parents, Christian and Maria Falkenberg; wife, Severa H. Falkenberg; daughters, Guadalupe H. Falkenberg and Gloria H. Falkenberg; son, Samuel H. Falkenberg; sister, Leonor Martinez. Mr. Falkenberg is survived by his children, Jesusita Rios, Leonor F. Davis , Candelaria F. Vasquez (Marcelino A.), Tomas H. Falkenberg (Josie), Olegario Falkenberg Jr., Christian Falkenberg, Sylvia H. Falkenberg; 20 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren; sister Lucha Alvarado(Queretaro, Mexico); brother, Jose Maria Del Prado(Morelos, Mexico); niece, Luz Martinez (Monterey, Mexico); nephew, Angel Martinez (Monterey, Mexico). Mr. Falkenberg was a member of the Guadalupanas and Knights of Columbus. He will be truly missed by family and friends. A visitation will be held at 5:00p.m. on Monday, April 24, 2017, followed by a Rosary at 7:00p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home Chapel. There will be a Mass on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 2004 Chihuahua St., San Antonio, TX 78207 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery No. II.
