Olga V. Hernandez

She is preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe “Lupano” Hernandez; her loving parents, Manuel and Josefa Valdez; her brothers, Heriberto “Beto” Valdez and Rueben Valdez; and her sisters, Stella Rodriguez, Francis Macias, Elida Esparza, and Ofelia Benavides.

Olga is survived by her children: Cindy (Carlos) Morales, George A. Hernandez, Chris A. (Monica) Hernandez, and Paul S. (Christina) Hernandez; her grandchildren: Marc (Abril) Alvarez, Michael (Rebeca) Morales, Timothy (Reema) Morales, Christopher Hernandez, Diego Hernandez, Aiden “Peanut” Hernandez, and Zachary “Chunks” Hernandez; her great-grandchildren: Marc II, Matthew, Makayla, and Mason Alvarez, Andrew and Madilyn Morales; her great-great-grandchild, Callie Alvarez; and her brother, Reynaldo Valdez.

She is also survived by her extended Valdez and Hernandez in-laws, along with countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Olga was a loving mother, wife, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and friend. Her kind and joyful spirit touched all who knew her. We will forever cherish the countless happy and funny memories shared with her and will miss her greatly until we are reunited once again.

There will be a Visitation for Olga held Thursday, September 18, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237. On Friday, September 19, 2025 our doors will open at 8:30 AM, we will then go in procession for a 10:30 AM Mass at St. Jude Catholic Church, 130 S. San Augustine Ave, San Antonio, TX 78237, followed by burial at San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237.
