

Olga B. Perez entered into the loving arms of our Lord on September 20, 2025, at the age of 78. She was born on January 5, 1947, in San Antonio, Texas to parents, Adan Saenz Barrientes and Eva Paredes Barrientes. She lived a life full of joy, adventure, and unwavering devotion to those she loved most.
For 40 years, Olga dedicated her professional life to government service, retiring honorably as a GS-12. She was admired for her strong work ethic and took pride in her many years of commitment and dedication.
Olga was a woman of many passions. She loved bowling and gardening, nurturing flowers of every color with her green thumb. She had a spirit for travel and especially enjoyed trips that included a little gambling fun. Through both her career and her personal life, Olga was blessed with the opportunity to travel the world, making lasting memories everywhere she went.
A proud alumna of Fox Tech High School, graduating in 1964, Olga stayed active with the Fox Tech Alumni group. She dedicated her time to helping raise money for scholarships, supporting future generations of students with the same encouragement she gave her own family.
Olga had a warm, genuine heart, filled with love and faith. She carried herself with great spirits and a joy that touched everyone she met. She loved to dance, to laugh, and most of all to spend time with her family. For over 20 years, she was also a proud member of the Red Hat Society, where she built cherished friendships and enjoyed countless memorable moments.
Above all, Olga’s greatest joy came from her loved ones. She was her children’s biggest cheerleader, never missing an activity or milestone, and always offering her steady support and loving presence. Her legacy is one of encouragement, devotion, and the beautiful memories she created with her family.
She will be reunited in heaven with her husband, Daniel Perez; parents, Adan Barrientes, and Eva Paredes Barrientes; brother, Adam Barrientes; Luis Garcia; and son-in-law, Joe Vincent Villarreal.
Olga will be remembered for her vibrant spirit by her loving children, Roxanne Ramon, Rene Ramon (Stacie), and Ray Ramon; step-son, Joseph Perez; grandchildren, Adolph (Jessica), Gabie, Jessica (Lofton), Joshua (Stephanie), Jonathan (Rudi), Alexis, Jeremy, Justin, Joel, Marc, Dimitri, and Nathaniel; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Elijah, Sebastian, Noah, Easton, Madeline, Tori, Maya, Lofton Jr., Jaimison, Levi, Corian, and Bennicio; siblings, Carmen Duron (John), Victor Barrientes (Celia), and Alice Martinez. Olga’s love of life’s simple pleasures, and the endless love she shared with her numerous friends, cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family members, will forever remain her legacy.
A visitation for Olga will be held Monday, October 20, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with the Holy Rosary beginning at 6:30 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home. A Mass of The Resurrection will occur Tuesday, October 21, 2025 starting at 10:00 AM at SAn Juan De Los Lagos Store with the interment to take place at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
