

Olga G. Singleterry, born June 4, 1944, in Rio Grande City, Texas, went home to be with the Lord on March 30, 2026. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and servant of Christ, Olga lived a life filled with faith, compassion, and love for others.
The daughter of Dolores and Roberto Salinas, Olga carried their values of faith, family, and service throughout her life. She faithfully served in ministry alongside her husband and pastor, John Singleterry, always ready with a prayer, a smile, or a helping hand.
Olga found joy in caring for her grandchildren, tending her rose garden, and loving her family deeply. Her gentle spirit and steadfast devotion will be cherished by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Anthony Rodriguez; and brothers Robert, Roy, and Reynaldo Salinas.
She is survived by her loving husband, John Singleterry; son Troy and wife Therese Singleterry; daughter-in-law Melinda Rodriguez; and grandchildren Tiffany Montgomery and husband Joshua, Brittany Davila and husband Gabriel, Mikayla Singleterry, Jessica Singleterry, Mark Singleterry, and Luke Singleterry. She also leaves behind one great-grandson, Jackson Montgomery. Olga is further survived by her siblings Elida Arce, Genaro Salinas, Sandy Lopez, Randy Salinas and Synthia Salinas Cantu.

Internment service Friday, May 1st to follow by meeting at 11:00 am at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery for the 11:30 internment at shelter 3. The address for Ft Sam Houston Cemetery is 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78209.
