

At his bedside to help him begin his new journey with a prayer were his three daughters, Jill, Jacq and Jordan, and his mother, La Vern. Gene also leaves behind a wife, Ann; two brothers, Hallum and Robert.
Born in August of 1948, Gene worked to make the State of Texas a better place to live as a member of the American Institute of Architects. The hospitals, buildings, and other structures he worked on will serve Texans for many years to come.
