

She was born in Uniontown, PA to Wallace and Mable Chuck on May 6, 1915.
She moved to San Antonio, TX in 1981, and was the secretary at St. Thomas Episcopal Church and School for nine years, as well as a faithful member. Her parents, her sisters, Florence and Margaret, and brothers Joseph and James preceded her in death.
She is survived by brothers, Walter and Roy Chuck; sister, Ruth Boyd; daughters and their husbands, Kathy and Dick Lathrop and Jeanine and Michael Maloney; granddaughter, Wendy and husband Gary Nix; grandsons, Ryan Lathrop and girlfriend Lisa Muniz, and Gabriel Stanhope; great-grandchildren, Taylor Gary and Kelsey Faith Nix. Her friends, the "Elderly Broads," were a vital part of her life. For two years, Angelica Arcos, friend and caregiver, has lovingly cared for her. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and whose lives she touched.
The family wishes to thank the entire Vitas Hospice Team for their endless care and attention to Oma and her family.
