Orah Lea Jarsin passed into eternal rest on January 5, 2013. She was born on October 24, 1917 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Edna & Steve Jarsin. She is survived by many friends, especially those at Grace Lutheran Church that she called “the light of my life”. She was very active at Grace where she started the Quilting Program supporting Lutheran World Relief and worked diligently at Vacation Bible School as “the popcorn lady”. Services will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2013 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel, with visitation one hour prior to the service. She will be entombed in Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum II. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Lutheran Quilters, 504 Ave. E. San Antonio, Texas 78215.
