Helen and I are sadened by the loss of your father. My cousin Sister Mary Annunciata told me this was a time for rejoicing because the individual was leaving this world for Heaven and the beauty of God. Be assured there are friends that will offer comfort in your time of need.

I remember visiting Sylvia's parents with her a long time back when they lived in Mexico. I remember her mother and her father and how enjoyable the time spent at their house was. Her father seemed to me like a general and I always held both of them in high regard. It is sad to hear of his passing but I feel that he lead a very good and full life and produced wonderful children.

We were so honored to have Tio Oscar at our wedding in San Antonio in November. I will remember him smiling, laughing and enjoying the company of his family and friends. To his family, Steve and I have you in our thoughts and prayers.

Valdemar and I are deeply sorry, Sylvia, at the loss of your dear Dad. He was a fine man and good father. The times he and my father played golf are etched in my memory . All of our family extends their sympathy & we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

You will remain always in my memory as an Uncle that gave me the time to be with you, Aunt Espi and My cousins when you all came to visit in 1957 or 1958 and then invited me to go with you to your home in Rosita Coah Mexico and we encounterd a parked truck at night full of firewood with all it's lights out stopped where you did not see it until your car lights illuminated it as we came over a hill.You applied the breaks but we still slid under the back of the truck eith great force that destroyed the front of the car all the way to the front seats, we were all very fortunate to be alive and through the years I felt that it was not our time and You as well as all of us had things to do that was God's will. You and Tia Espi have been called by our Lord and I am sure he will say to that you have done well for you and your family and friends. 
Thanks for the good times of golf and your assistance to my Mother and Father when we needed it the most.
