His strong work ethic, quiet determination, and willingness to help others were qualities that defined his life.
Oscar shared a beautiful marriage of 55 years with the love of his life, Guadalupe Ochoa Martinez. Their marriage was built on devotion, loyalty, and unconditional love. Though Guadalupe preceded him in death, the bond they shared remained a guiding light throughout his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents; to Isaias Martinez and Delia Carlota Resendez and his beloved brother; Manuel Martinez,
Oscar is lovingly survived by his sister, Delia C. Hernandez, along with many cherished nieces and nephews, three brothers-in-law, four sisters-in-law, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever treasure the memories they shared with him.
