Pamilia Joy Belanger

It is with deep sorrow that we gather to commemorate the passing of Pamilia Joy Belanger, who passed away on February 6, 2025 in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 64. Pam was born in Morgantown, West Virginia and will be laid to rest in a family cemetery at East Oak Grove Cemetery. She is survived by her three children, Tuesday N., Chelsea B., and Jacob P., her mother, Ernestine Moore, and a host of extended family and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

In addition to being a mother to her three children, whom she loved and cared for, she worked tirelessly for the federal government during her career. She dedicated her time to helping families, always with compassion and a commitment to improving the lives of others, especially to children and mothers in need and survivors of domestic violence.

She had a special love for pets, especially English Bulldogs, and found great joy in their company. The family would love that in lieu of flowers, for donations to be made to the San Antonio Humane Society for continued support of animals in San Antonio.

A woman of strong faith, Pam lived her life guided by love, kindness, and a deep belief in the importance of helping others.

May Pam rest in peace and her legacy live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
