Patricia Fluitt-Connolly

Patricia Fluitt-Connolly, R. N. Patsy was called home to God at 32 years of age on Thursday, October 18th. Patsy was born at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas on September 21, 1975, and raised by her devoted parents, Robert and Marilyn Fluitt. In addition to Robert and Marilyn Fluitt, Patsy is survived by her brother Martin Fluitt, her nieces, Meadow Fluitt and Tiffany Fluitt; and nephews, Ryan Fluitt and Dalton Fluitt. Patsy was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Dorothy Lambert; maternal grandfather, Eldred Leland Lambert; and paternal grandfather, Edward Nelson Fluitt. Patsy touched the lives of many friends and family in San Antonio, Texas, and Castroville, Texas. Patsy lovingly doted on her son, Matthew Leland Medellin, who is loved and cared for by his adoring grandparents. Patsy enjoyed the past year of her life with her loving husband, T. J. Connolly and his three children Olivia, Alexa and Andrew, and they shared many happy memories of trips to Ireland, Las Vegas, Atlanta and excursions to a dude ranch with their shared children. Patsy was also very dedicated and proud of her career and the care of others as she worked as an Emergency Room nurse for more than six years and as an RN flight nurse into Mexico and Central America. Highly regarded by her peers in the medical field, she was an exemplary student of medicine and vastly contributed to others' wellbeing. Patsy will be remembered by her friends and loved ones.
