Born on October 29, 1939, in Syracuse, New York, Patricia's life was marked by her unwavering faith, loving nature, and friendly demeanor, which endeared her to all who knew her. She never met anyone she could not befriend.
Patricia embraced life with an open heart and a warm smile, cultivating a home filled with love and laughter. She devoted many years to her role as a self-proclaimed domestic engineer, a title she bore with pride and dedication. Her work was not just a job but a testament to her commitment to her family and the values she held dear.
Her children, Janina K. Cleveland (Jim) and Richard L. Frink, Jr. (Michelle), were the center of her world, and she instilled in them the importance of family bonds and the joy of life's simple pleasures. Patricia's legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Trisha Cleveland, Jamie Cleveland (Anthony Alvarado), Trey Frink, and Grant Frink, who will remember her for her support and endless stories of her life’s adventures.
Although she was from Syracuse, New York, she joined her future husband Richard, who was an Air Force Medic stationed in France. Patricia and Richard soon married in Bordeaux and enjoyed several years of living and traveling in Europe. She made many friends across the United States as they were stationed at several Air Force installations before moving to Texas.
Patricia had a refined taste for antiques and could often be found perusing local shops for treasures, especially Native American jewelry, which she collected with a connoisseur's eye. Her love for stuffed bears was well-known, with each piece in her collection having its own story and special place in her home.
An avid fisherwoman and wine enthusiast, Patricia found serenity by the water and joy in the company of good friends and a fine glass of wine. Her love for sweets was legendary, especially her fondness for chocolate, which was a source of delight and a sweet note in her everyday life.
Those who knew Patricia will forever recall her faith-filled spirit, her loving guidance, and the friendly conversations that brightened their days. She lived her life as a testament to the power of kindness and the strength of familial love.
Patricia's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with the threads of joy, compassion, and unwavering faith.
