Patricia Ann Lundy, age 44, passed away August 25, 2014, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born April 28, 1970, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Joseph Lyons and Barbara Barnak. She loved her family and enjoyed vacationing with them.
Trish is survived by her husband of 12 years, Bryan Lundy; daughter, Emma Lundy; son, Noah Lundy; two sisters, and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 29, 2014, at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church.
