Patricia Magallan Montez

Patricia was born on Saturday, November 7, 1959 to Elena and Simon Magallan. She enjoyed baking, crafting, planting and gardening, all of which she inherited from her mother. Her happy place was anywhere near water, whether it be a beach, a lake, a waterpark or the pool in her backyard. She loved to dance, sing karaoke and was the life of any party.

Patricia leaves her memories to her loving mother, Elena Magallan; her daughter Jessica (Nicholas) Salmeron, her daughter Erica (Roger) Muniz, her daughter Jessica (Jason) Arredondo, her daughter Monica Chavez; her granddaughter Danielle Soto, her granddaughter Deandra Muniz, her grandson Nicholas Muniz, her granddaughter Jiselle Avalos, her granddaughter Maricella Arredondo, her grandson Jason Arredondo Jr.; and numerous brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Her greatest achievement were her girls and her grandchildren. She was the protector and advocate for her family. She was a fighter in every sense of the word and was the source of strength for her girls.

Nothing will be able to replace the void that is left, however, her family will continue to keep her spirit alive.

A visitation for Patricia will be held Monday, April 4, 2022 from 6pm to 9pm at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, Texas with a rosary service at 7pm. The funeral procession will depart Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 9:30am for a funeral mass at 10am at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 1710 Clower, San Antonio, Texas.
