Patricia Kay Vanlandingham

She graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 1970. After retiring from teaching, she worked for the San Antonio library system. She was passionate about literature and education and loved animals of all kinds. She was a devoted wife and mother who will be remembered for her bright and engaging personality.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Vanlandingham; and parents, William and Dorotha Folks.

Patricia is survived by her son, Jason Vanlandingham and wife, Amanda; son, Zac Vanlandingham; sister, Karen Horoho; brother, Lloyd Folks; five nephews and one niece.

A Memorial Service will take place at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 3, 2026 at Porter Loring Mortuary North, 2102 North Loop 1604 East.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Animal Defense League of Texas.
