Patricio Uriegas Aguillen born August 27, 1954, in San Antonio, Texas, went to be with our Lord on June 18, 2018, at the age of 63. He was a 1973 graduate from McCollum High School, a HISD Hall of Fame member, an active member of the McCollum Alumni Committee and the Annual Softball Tournament. Pat was a proud Vietnam and Desert storm veteran who served in the US Navy, Air National Guard, retired from the US Army after 26 yrs, and served 35 yrs in the civil service at JBSA. He loved serving his community with the Knights of Columbus cou #6757-St. Lawrence, 4th Degree assy #1102 - St. Anthony de Padua, VFW Post 76, and the American Legion JFK 485. He enjoyed the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs but his true love was playing softball and spending time with family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Pilar Macias & Victoria Uriegas; brother, Henry; brother in laws, Ramon, Ralph and sister in law, Georgia. He is survived by his wife, of 25 yrs, Joann Soriano; children, Patricia M., Jeremy W. (Sharon), and Jacqueline V. Aguillen; siblings, Aurelio, Ramon (Delfina), Consuelo, Minnie, Pilar (Deborah); and sister in law Elvia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Trevino Funeral Home at 5p-9p with a rosary at 7p. A Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 22, 2018 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church at 12pm with an interment to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery on Hwy 16.
