She was preceded in death by her parents, William Alexander and Julia Catherine (Thigpen) Neely, her husband, Donald LaVerne Drake, and her eight siblings; Myrle (Neely) Stokes, Mildred (Neely) Randolph, Samuel (Hobby) Neely, Dwight Neely, Edna Sue (Neely) Pavliska, Doris (Neely) Copeland, Gerald (Bud) Neely, and William (Bill) Neely, Jr.
Patsy is survived by her five children; Valarie (Drake) Muoz, Kevin Drake, Brian Drake, Steven Drake, and Arnold Drake, her four grand children; Jenna (Muoz) Robinson, Shannon (Drake) Trevino, Bryn (Muoz) Lopez, and Mason Drake, and her seven great grand children.
