Patsy Eloise Guthrey

Patsy Eloise (Haley) Guthrey left her body for a new one on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 one free of pain, and worries to continue her journey back to the ONE!

Patsy was preceded in this process of moving on by her daughter, Janice Guthrey and her husband Retired Col. Edison Guthrey.

From 10 years of age until 17 she was a well known entertainer in San Antonio and surrounding areas. She taught her sister Kay how to dance and they became known as the Haley Sisters.

She enjoyed her colorful life traveling with her husband in the military. Her last 20 years she lived alone being visited regularly by her long time friend since 1st grade, Leroy Mann. They shared a great friendship that meant the world to both of them.

In the end she understood that gift of living a long and full life.

As Patsy leaves for her shining adobe she leaves behind in the physical world 3 sons, Ed, Truett, and Ray; her sister, Jeff (Maryn); and niece, Terri; numerous grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
