She was born July 19, 1938 in Ft. Sam Houston, Texas. Patsy was preceded in death by her father, Jack D. Hale and brother, Jack M. Hale.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda J. Smith and Judy Lindsey; grandchildren, Brandi Smith, J. R. Lindsey, Jesika Lindsey, Jacob Smith and Carla Lindsey; great-grandchild, Shianna Helmick; mother, Lillie M. Webster Hale; brother, Michael and Marsha Hale and their children, Jason, John and Michelle.
Patsy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
