She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene H. Gebbert and an infant daughter. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Patty and Gerald D. Lyda, Jr. of San Antonio; grandsons, Brandon Ryan Reynolds of Richmond, VA., and Brian Sloan Reynolds of San Antonio; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Toni Sloan of New Orleans, LA; sister-in-law, Ima Jean Sloan of Jekyll Island, GA. and numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Spotty. A long time San Antonio resident, she was born and reared in Victoria, TX. Mrs.
Gebbert was very comforted by the loving care she received from Mrs. Maria Longoria and Mrs. Irene Torres. The family also appreciates the wonderful care Mrs. Gebbert received at the Cardiac Care Unit of St. Luke's Baptist Hospital and sincere thanks to Dr. Raul Montemayor.
