Born on January 22, 1968, Paul was raised in Fairfield, California, and was proud of his roots in Guam. As the eldest of three siblings, he carried a deep sense of responsibility, love, and loyalty to his family. His strong Catholic faith was a constant throughout his life, guiding him with compassion, humility, and a heart for service.
Paul honorably served his country in the U.S. Army, and as a Veteran later dedicated over 30 years of his life to the financial sector becoming a SME in his field, 14 years at Citi bank and 17 years at USAA supporting his fellow veterans. In April 2025, he was honored as a USAA Champion in Arizona—a recognition that reflected the dedication and heart he poured into everything he did.
Paul had a gift for conversation and connection. He loved to talk, tell jokes, and make everyone feel like family. Whether it was a kind word or a warm meal, Paul always had something to offer those in need. His home—and his heart—were open to all.
He is survived by his two beloved daughters, Ahna and Myla Quichocho, his siblings Patrick and Ginger Quichocho, his parents Pauline and David Quichocho, and his loyal dog Lady Q.
Paul’s legacy lives on in his faith in God, his love for his culture, his service to others, the lives he touched, and the joy he gave to everyone around him.
Service details will be shared with friends and family in the coming days.
