She was preceded in death by her brothers, Marvin McLeod and Carl McLeod. She is survived by her husband, James L. Bird; daughters, Linda Fay Donaldson and husband Ronald of Houston, and Nancy Davenport and husband Paul of San Antonio; granddaughters, Christine Wyatt, Alana Davenport; grandsons, Vance Donaldson, Arran Davenport and Kevin Donaldson; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Bertha Delz; brother, Neil McLeod; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
